Welcome to the Know Your DSLR interactive depth of field calculator. With this exclusive web application you can work out the depth of field, near focus and far focus distances as well as the hyper focus for an array of DSLR cameras.

To use the interactive depth of field calulator follow these simple steps:

1. Use the pull-down menu to select your DSLR from the list available
2. Select the focal length of the lens and the aperture
3. Tap in the distance to the subject and use the radio buttons to choose metres or feet
4. Press the Calculate button
